Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

When any image or colour on a page extends beyond the trim edge, leaving no margin, it is considered bleed. The industry standard for supplied artwork that is going to bleed should be extended by 0.125” (inch) on each side or 1/8 inches (example a regular business card is 3.5×2” with bleed it would be 3.625×2.125” in which case the extra 0.125” would be cut off).

Orders are finalized through email or phone. Once we receive confirmation to go ahead, printing cannot be cancelled unless we are able to stop the job before reaching the printing press. Always ensure your material is correct and you’re confident in your order before placing them.

For economy production and shipping between 9-11 business days or less for most print materials. If promotional goods they can vary depending on multiple factors. Feel free to inquire for all your orders. Note: No guarantees on turnaround times are given unless communicated via email in advance and rush orders do warrant for an additional fee:

  1. Express: up to 3 business days or less
  2. Priority: 5 to 7 business days or less
