Terms & Conditions

Before purchasing eyeTrust products, please read the “Terms and Conditions”. By agreeing to the “Terms and Conditions”, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern eyeTrust’s relationship with you.

The term ‘eyeTrust’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owners of the organization whose registered office is 318 Broadview Ave., Toronto, Ontario. Our company registration number is 211214325. The term ‘you’ refers to the customer.

Purchasing eyeTrust products is subject to the following terms:

1. Content. The content of the product page on the eyeTrust website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.

2. Payment. We accept full payments or a 50% deposit must be made to secure your order. Once product is received, you are given a 15-day term to pay the balance. An invoice is issued after you complete the order form found online (Click Here for Online Order Form). Please use the invoice as a reference to make sure payments are made on time. We accept cheques as the form of payment. Cheque should be issued to “eyeTrust.ca” and mailed to 318 Broadview Ave., Toronto, Ontario, M4M 2G9. We also accept payments through bank e-mail transfers and credit card payments.

3. Price. All prices listed do not include shipping costs and taxes (HST). Our HST number is 82429 7489 RT0001.

4. Return Policy. For full refund, purchased equipment must be returned within 15 days of purchase.

5. Made in China. Products are manufactured in China. Quality control, assurance, product review and testing are conducted within Canada by a panel of eye care professionals.

6. Warranty. EyeTrust products have a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty. Products will be replaced if there is a defect with the product. Our panel of eye care professionals must review the claimed defective product and if approved, the product will be replaced with no charge. Warranty does not cover breakage or lost of product. We highly suggest that you take good care of the purchased equipment.

7. 6 year trial lens set warranty for ET 19: First Year Trial Lens Set Package. Products will be replaced if there is a defect, trial lens is lost, stolen or damaged. Our panel of eye care professionals must review the claim and if approved, the product will be replaced. Only trial lenses will be covered. Warranty does not include cross cylinders, accessory trial lenses, cloth, or case. Maximum of 6 trial lens replacements each year from date of purchase. We highly suggest that you take good care of the purchased equipment. We hope that we can trust claims are truthful and honest.

8. Delivery. Manufacturer’s time frame for the product to be shipped and delivered can range from 1 to 6 weeks. If product is stocked, delivery time is dependent on the selected courier.

9. Indemnification. You shall indemnify and defend eyeTrust, its Partners, agents, affiliates, and licensors from any third party claim or liability (collectively, “Liabilities”), arising out of being associated with the Agreement.

10. Miscellaneous. The Agreement must be construed as if both parties jointly wrote it, governed by Ontario law. The Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes and replaces any other applicable agreements, terms and conditions applicable to the subject matter hereof. Any conflicting or additional terms contained in additional documents or oral discussions are void. Each party shall not disclose the terms or conditions of these Terms to any third party, except to its professional advisors under a strict duty of confidentiality or as necessary to comply with a government law, rule or regulation.
